The very first step is to contact an FBI Approved Channeler.  The Channeler will help you obtain your background check either in a digital format or hard-copy.  If you are outside the country, we recommend that you obtain an digital format.  Once you receive your background check, you can either email it to us or mail it in to our Washington, D.C. office for processing.

Our staff is ready to assist you Monday – Friday from 8am to 7pm to answer your questions. We recommend that you first contact our office so we can review your documents before you mail them in or drop them office.

Obtaining a FBI apostille can be complicated. Don’t leave this process to untrained employees or non-professionals who do not fully understand the Apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries.
