Do you need an apostille from the State of Florida?

Our office in Florida can apostille documents issued from all counties in Florida including Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Orlando, Tallahassee, and Fort Lauderdale.

We have an office in Miami, Florida and a satellite office in Tallahassee, Florida.  Documents receiving at our office are hand-delivered and picked-up from the Florida Department of State in 3-5 business days.  We also provide FedEx return shipping at no additional cost to any address in the United States.  If you require international shipping, please let us know.

The first step is to contact our Miami office.  It’s important to have your documents in-hand so we can review them over the phone.  Once verified, we can email you the instructions and order forms.  Simply print-out our order forms and mail them along with your original document to our Miami, Florida office.   It’s that simple!

Please note that some of the documents listed above will require notarization prior to being eligible for an Florida Apostille.
