Articles of Incorporation Apostille

Articles of Incorporation ApostilleDo you need an apostille on your Articles of Incorporation?

If you are planning to conduct business in another country, you will be required to obtain an apostille on your Articles of Incorporation.  An Articles of Incorporation is a certified document issued by the State that proves your company exists and has been formed in that State.  You will need to mail in a certified copy of this document to our office for processing.  The State will not accept black and white copies unless they were sent to you in a digital format.

In additional to obtaining an apostille on your Articles of Incorporation, you may be asked to apostille additional corporate documents.  For example: Notarized power of attorney, authorization of agent, articles of organization, corporate Bylaws, statement of information, and more!  We recommend that you find out all the documents that are being requested in order to avoid any delays or additional costs.

Our eight apostille offices can facilitate the completion of documents originating from all 50 States and the U.S. Federal Government.

If the destination country is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, additional certification and legalization steps are required to complete your documents.

Document Legalization

For example, if you will be conducting business in the United Arab Emirates, we will need to certify your documents from the State, the U.S. Department of State, and the UAE Embassy.

Obtaining an apostille can be complicated. Don’t leave this process to untrained employees or non-professionals who do not fully understand the Apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your paperwork could be rejected costing you time and money. Don’t let this happen to you.
