Documents Apostille

The very first step is to contact our office.  In order to provide you the best service, please have your documents with you when you call.  We will review your documents over the phone and email you step-by-step instructions with our order forms.  Please keep in mind that only the State will make the final decision regarding your documents.  But, we will do our best to complete them quickly – saving you time and money.  We also provide free FedEx return shipping at no additional cost.

Once we have reviewed your documents with you, the next step is to mail-in your original documents to our office for processing.  Our office address is listed on the top-right hand side of our order forms.  We recommend that you mail-in your documents by FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority mail.  Some of our offices can process documents the same-day while others may need about five business days.  For example, our California Apostille Services office can process documents the same-day.  Documents issued by the US Federal Government will require four business days through the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.  Federal documents are processed through our Washington DC Apostille office.  Please note that we have nine offices to service you.

In addition to our apostille service, we can also provide document certification and legalization for countries who are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention.  Certifying and legalizing documents for countries who are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention is a multi-step process.  This includes certifying your documents at the State, U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and Embassy or Consulate legalization.

Here is a list of the countries we can certify and legalize documents for (Non-Hague Apostille Member Countries):
