US Legalization

Authentication Document RequirementsDo you need US Legalization services?

As one of the leading document legalization services in the United States, we can apostille, certify, and legalize documents issued from all 50 States, the US Department of State in Washington, D.C., and Embassy or Consulate offices.

Legalizing documents for countries who are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention requires multiple steps to complete.  Depending on the Country, your documents will require State, U.S. Department of State, and Embassy or Consulate legalization.  Latin American countries typically do not require US Department of State certification unless the jurisdiction falls within the Embassy office in Washington, D.C.

We can provide US Legalization service for the following countries (Non Hague Member Countries):

Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burma Myanmar, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China, Congo Republic, Congo Democratic, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar Burma, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tanzania, Togo, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, UAE (United Arab Emirates), Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

For countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, we provide State apostille services only.  Countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention do not require U.S. Department of State or Embassy/Consulate legalization.  In some instances, the Consulate may request to review your documents after the apostille process.  These countries are: India, Spain, and Italy.

We recommend that you first contact our office so we can review the documents.  If you are unsure of the type of documents you need authenticating, we recommend that you speak with the Consulate for information.  In some cases, we may know from experience what will be requested.

In addition to our apostille service, we can also certify and legalize documents for none Hague Apostille Member Countries. Countries who are non-members will require documents to be legalized at their Embassy. The most common Embassies we legalized documents are for: China, Brazil, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Chile, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, and more!
