Documents issued from the City of New York can be apostille through our Manhattan office. Common documents we receive are: birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decree, death certificates, notarized business and personal documents, background checks, diplomas, transcripts, affidvits, and more!
Once you know the type of document you need apostilled, you can mail-in or drop-off your documents at our office for processing. All documents notarized or issued from New York City can be apostilled in 1-2 business days. Documents notarized outside of New York City can take more time to complete. For example, if your documents are notarized in Suffolk County, Weschester County, the processing time can take an additional day and their will be an additional cost. We recommend that you first contact our office to review your documents before you mail them or drop them off at our office.
In additional to our apostille service, we also provide Consulate legalization services in New York City. Certifying and legalizing documents is different from obtaining an apostille. Legalization service is requires for documents who’s destination country is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention.
