Kuwait Embassy Legalization

In the United States, the country of Kuwait has a consulate office in Los Angeles, New York, and an Embassy office in Washington, D.C.  The jurisdiction of your documents determines which office (Embassy or Consulate) will complete your documents (legalization).  For example, if you have a California birth certificate, you will need to first have it certified by the State of California, then the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and finally the Kuwait Consulate in Los Angeles.  Certifying documents for Kuwait is a three-step process.
