Apostille Driver License

Do you need an Apostille on your Driver License?  If you are planning to drive in another country, you maybe required to have your driver license Apostilled.  Countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention will request an Apostille.

The very first step is to make a color copy of your driver license and have a local notary copy certify it.  It’s important that the notary completes the notarization based on the laws in the State the notary is commissioned in.  Any errors will cause the document to be rejected by the State. Please make sure you work with an experienced notary.

Once the document has been copy certified, the next step is to forward the notarized document to our office for fast processing.  We can process documents in as little as one business day.  In California and in Washington, DC, we can process your documents the same day.  In some States, the processing time can be 1-2 business or even longer.  Please Contact Us for an estimate on how long it will take to process your documents through the Secretary of State’s office.
